Deposit for Booking
A $25 deposit is due at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment and will go toward your service total the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Sweet Looks Body Contouring, LLC Cancellation Policy for any and all appointments is as follows: Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours advance notice of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fee (50% of your scheduled service/appointment).
A cancellation notice of less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or complete "no call, no show” will result in the automatic charge of 50% of your scheduled service/appointment.
No Guarantee of Results
Client recognizes that neither Office Personnel nor this Agreement provides a guarantee of results. Sweet Looks Body Contouring, LLC., makes no guarantee of the extent or longevity of improvement to be expected. This Agreement deals solely with the services to be rendered and the fees to be paid for the care as provided. The Client's payment obligation is not contingent upon the outcome of services. Client's results can be hindered and/or suppressed by the consumption of the following, but are not limited to, alcohol, processed foods including, but not limited to, sugar-based foods and drinks, etc.
It is recommended to consult your physician for dietary modification, clearance if you have any questions or concerns.
FAQs
What disqualifies someone from receiving some, or all services?
People with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, acute illness, compromised liver function, severe bleeding tendencies, pacemaker carriers, or those with implanted metals, as well as women who are pregnant, and/or breastfeeding. People with skin conditions or any other health related issues not mentioned are not advised to get these services or treatments. All persons must overall be “healthy” to qualify for these treatments.
